Clearstream now supports operational processing for Italian domiciled funds within the Clearstream Fund Services ecosystem.
As part of its enhanced product offering, Clearstream can now support execution activities for open-ended Mutual Funds (fondi comuni di investimento “aperti”), Private Equity Funds (AIFs), Hedge Funds (AIFs) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
The funds, fully recognised by the Italian Investment Funds Law and eligible in CBL, can now be fully processed in Vestima for order routing, settlement and custody.
Vestima is the world’s largest cross-border fund processing platform for execution and custody for all types of funds in a single platform. It enables clients to trade on any type of funds from one single entry point for order routing, safekeeping and fund processing. This includes mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative funds such as ELTIFs, private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
