Director
Andre Jakubowski (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a Director on the Credit team. He focuses on distressed private equity, M&A and growth across credit strategies. Mr. Jakubowski currently serves as a Director on the Boards of ATX Networks, EmpowerAI, and HM Dunn Aerosystems, and previously served as a director on the board of Sound United. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Jakubowski was a vice president at Wexford Capital LP, focusing on private equity and distressed private equity opportunities. While at Wexford, Mr. Jakubowski served on the board of directors for several portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Jakubowski was a member of the TMT investment banking group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Jakubowski holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
