Online alternative investment platform Moonfare has launched its first semi-liquid strategy, which will focus on secondaries investments.
The open-ended strategy will be led by Moonfare’s chief investment officer Sanjay Gupta, who said it will address ‘two major themes’ in the private equity industry – secondary investments and liquidity.
‘As the most liquid segment of all private equity assets, secondary investments are particularly well suited to a semi-liquid offering,’ he said.
