Clifford Chance has hired Jamie McLaren, a corporate partner at Herbert Smith Freehills who focuses on private equity deals.
McLaren has practiced at Herbert Smith Freehills for almost a decade, first joining the firm as an associate in London in 2015 and then making partner five years later. He relocated to Singapore from the U.K. in 2020. Prior to his time at Herbert Smith, he practiced at DLA Piper and at Scottish law firm MacRoberts.
