Joshua Weisenbeck (New York) joined KKR in 2008 and leads the Industrials industry team within KKR’s North America Private Equity platform. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and the Portfolio Management Committee for the North America Private Equity platform, as well as a member of the Global Conflicts and Compliance Committee. He has been actively involved with the investments in Capsugel, Capital Safety, Ingersoll Rand (formerly Gardner Denver), Hyperion Materials & Technologies, Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, GeoStabilization International, Novaria Group, Flow Control Group, Charter Next Generation, Bettcher Industries, CIRCOR, and Chase. He currently sits on the boards of Hyperion Materials & Technologies, Novaria Group, Flow Control Group, Charter Next Generation, Bettcher Industries, CIRCOR, and Chase. He was formerly a director of numerous other portfolio companies, including S&P-500 listed Ingersoll Rand from the original take-private transaction in 2013 until KKR’s final monetization in 2021. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Weisenbeck was with Onex Corporation, focusing on industrials private equity transactions, including Allison Transmission. Prior to Onex, he worked for Lazard. He holds a B.A. with honors, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College. Mr. Weisenbeck is a former trustee of The Brownstone School and is a current member of the Board of Directors of The Doe Fund.
