Pragma Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Turkey’s investment banking company Pragma, has acquired a majority stake in a leading aerospace components manufacturer that supplies to Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, among others. The deal marks PCP’s fifth bet this year and second one this month.
