999 crews raced to ‘incident’ outside Glasgow property


The incident took place on Torogay Street in the city’s Milton area at around 9pm on Tuesday, June 18.

Emergency crews then rushed to the scene.

After that, a 28-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a number of alleged offences, including police assault.

He is expected to appear in court at a later date.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 9pm on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, police received a report of a disturbance outside a property on Torogay Street, Glasgow.

“Officers attended and a 28-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a number of offences, including police assault.

“He is expected to appear at court at a later date.”
