National property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed Tim Clement as head of industrial and logistics (I&L) agency and Shaun Rogerson as partner.

The duo will focus on expanding Carter Jonas’s agency and investment activity and work closely with the industrial outdoor storage (IOS) team, led by Andrew Smith.
Clement joins from JLL, where over a 28-year tenure he held various senior roles including most recently head of UK multi‑let I&L. He was formerly chair of the Industrial Agents Society (2015–16) and a member of the British Property Federation’s industrial committee.
Rogerson joins from Knight Frank, where he was a partner in London industrial and head of the national trade and roadside team, following a 17‑year tenure at JLL/King Sturge as a director in UK I&L.
