Charters Group acquires independent agency

Charters Group’ active lettings expansion strategy continues at apace as they announce the acquisition of Honey Lettings in Hampshire.

Honey Lettings, an independent family-owned business established in Fleet in 2011, has a well-established presence in the local area.

Honey Lettings and its team will continue to trade as such, for the foreseeable future, with an integration into the Charters brand later on in the year.

Robert Mott, chairman of Charters Group, commented: “After extensive research, we identified Honey Lettings as a good investment through their well organised operation and its location was perfect to support our growth strategy in this region. This will strengthen our presence as one of the leading companies within the south east market.”

“As a result of acquiring Honey Lettings, Charters will see its book increase to 2,825 properties under management, further cementing it as one of the leading independent letting agents within the region.
