Cumnock property: Council land for sale at Caponacre

The vacant spot is adjacent to a number of units at the site, including Tanner’s Carpets and Prams with Pizazz, and has had no recent uses.

The listing adds: “When submitting an offer, prospective purchasers must take cognisance of the existing and any proposed planning policies.

“It will be the purchaser’s responsibility to obtain any consents, including planning permission, that may be required in relation to their proposed use.

“Prospective purchasers should make their own enquiries regarding the availability of any utility connections.”

A closing date for offers may be fixed and prospective purchasers are advised to register their interest by e-mailing the council’s Estates Section on Estatesmanagement2@east-ayrshire.gov.uk.
