Other luxury indulgences in the “Super Penthouse R” include a kitchen equipped with traditional Japanese Teppanyaki grills, a cigar lounge, meditation garden, and an indoor-outdoor movie theatre.
And if a buyer is looking for views, this penthouse comes with a 360-degree panorama of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.
Emerald Palace Group, the building’s developer, said on its website the Super Penthouse R has set a new record as Dubai’s largest ever penthouse.
House prices in the city stood at AED 1,271 (£272) per square foot in November, 3pc above the previous market peak in September 2014, according to local data provider Property Monitor.
In its most recent report, it said: “Apartments – appreciating, but not at the same pace as villas and townhouses – lagged somewhat in their recovery until Q3 2022 and have since realised stronger gains.”
In the UK, property developer Nick Candy’s penthouse at One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge carried a £175m price tag back in 2021 – more than Dubai’s “largest” apartment, despite it only boasting 18,000 sq ft and two storeys.
In the past, Mr Candy has criticised the level of crime in London – saying the flow of capital to Dubai has changed as a result, attracting disillusioned residents overseas.
Around 90pc of Dubai’s population is already made up of expats.
