Manor house, Bath, £12.5mn
Where In the village of St Catherine, a 25-minute drive from the historic city of Bath. The property is set within a valley on the edge of the Cotswolds. The 12th-century church of St Catherine’s is located at the entrance to the driveway.
What An 11-bedroom, Grade I-listed stone house, three-bedroom cottage and five-bedroom lodge on nearly 14 acres. The grounds contain a bowling green, orangery, wild flower meadows and tennis courts. Entertainment spaces include a ballroom and a Grade II*-listed 15th-century tithe barn.
