Today, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed two decisions by which it adopted programs for spending funds for capital transfers to public enterprises intended for road infrastructure and road construction in the total amount of 143 million BAM from the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for this year.
As explained, most of these projects were started in the past period.
The first decision adopted a program intended for the construction of road infrastructure in the amount of 59 million BAM, which will finance two projects for the construction of expressways in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Namely, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry, the Government made a decision approving the program of expenditure of funds “Capital transfers to public enterprises – for road infrastructure” in the amount of 59,000,000 BAM, determined by the FBiH Budget for 2024 to this ministry.
With this decision, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina determines two projects that will be financed through this program. The first one refers to the construction of the expressway Lašva-Nević Polje (Vitez-Nević Polje) in the amount of 29,790,000 BAM, whose implementer is JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. Mostar, and the purpose of these funds is for expropriation, construction and supervision.
The second project is the expressway Prača – Goražde (Hranjen Tunnel and route BC – expropriation), whose implementer is JP Autoceste Federation BiH d.o.o. Mostar, in the amount of 29,210,000 BAM. The funds are intended for construction, and the construction of this expressway is also supported by another decision adopted today in the amount of 10,745,000 BAM.
The second decision refers to the Transfer for the construction of highways, expressways, highways and other roads, in the amount of 84 million BAM, and includes 17 projects. At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Government adopted the Program of spending funds “Capital transfers to public companies – Transfer for the construction of highways, expressways, main roads and other roads”, in the amount of 84,000,000 BAM, determined by the FBiH Budget for 2024 to this ministry.
A part of these funds is located in the special account for the management of development funds for the implementation of funds intended for the financing of capital infrastructure projects within the Treasury Single Account, and the rest of the necessary funds will be provided successively in accordance with the needs for the implementation of the projects. The adopted decision determines 17 projects that will be financed through this program.
For the construction of the highway Orašje – Tuzla, section Maoča – Tuzla, Lot V Čanići – Tuzla (with a length of eight km), an amount of 12,906,649 BAM is planned, namely for design, expropriation and construction. The implementer of the project is JP Autoceste Federation BiH d.o.o. Mostar.
The amount of 6,900,000 BAM is intended for the construction of the expressway Bihać – Cazin – V. Kladuša – the border of the Republic of Croatia, and the implementer is JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. Mostar. These funds are planned for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
An amount of 23,445,000 BAM is planned for the construction of the expressway Mostar – Široki Brijeg – the border of the Republic of Croatia, whose implementer is JP Autoceste Federacijs BiH d.o.o. Mostar. The purpose of these funds is for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
An amount of 3,850,000 BAM (for design and expropriation) is planned for the construction of the expressway Lašva – Travnik – Jajce, section Nević Polje – Turbe (10.8 km), whose implementer is JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar.
In addition, 3,153,351 BAM (for design and expropriation) is planned for the construction of the expressway Lašva – Nević Polje – Lot 4. Business zone Vitez (phase 1), whose implementer is JP Autoceste FBiH.
When it comes to the construction of the Prača-Goražda expressway (Hranjen tunnel and route BC expropriation), whose project implementer is JP Autoceste FBiH, the amount of 10,745,000 BAM is planned for expropriation, construction and supervision.
An amount of 6.1 million BAM is planned for the construction of the southern bypass of Mostar, whose implementer is JP Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the City of Mostar. These funds are intended for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
500,000 BAM is planned for the construction and solution of the junction of the M17.4 and M17 highways, as well as the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the highways and lighting on the M17, Ortiješ in the city of Mostar and Počitelj. The implementer is JP Cesta FBiH, and the purpose of the funds is for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
The sum of 2,500,000 BAM is intended for the construction of the Šički Brod-Đurdevik section on the Tuzla-Sarajevo road. The implementer is JP Cesta FBiH, and the funds are for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
Funds in the amount of 2,000,000 BAM (for design and revision) are intended for the construction of the city highway in Sarajevo, section Stup-Buća Potok-Pofalići-Velešići-Bentbaša. The implementer is JP Cesta FBiH.
3,500,000 BAM is planned for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Kreševo-Kiseljak road, implemented by JP Cesta FBiH, for construction and supervision.
An amount of 1,000,000 BAM is planned for the construction of the XII transfer hall, the connection from Stupska petlje to Sarajevo airport. Implement
The actor is JP Cesta FBiH, and the funds are intended for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
Funds in the amount of 1,000,000 BAM (for construction and supervision) are planned for the reconstruction of a part of the Tomislavgrad bypass, whose implementer is JP Roads of the Federation of BiH.
When it comes to the construction of the Kiseljak bypass phase II, whose implementer is JP Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an amount of 2,500,000 BAM is planned for design, expropriation, construction and supervision.
The sum of 2,500,000 BAM is intended for the construction of the “Southern road” in Tuzla, the Ši Selo-Slavinovići section, phase I. The project implementer is JP Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the funds are earmarked for expropriation.
700,000 BAM (expropriation, construction and supervision) is planned for the construction of the Mlaka roundabout, on the M18 road, section Šički Brod 3-Ivinice 1, implemented by JP Roads of the Federation of BiH. The same amount of 700,000 BAM is planned for the construction of the HIDANI roundabout, on the M4 road, in Kalesija, the Simin Han-Donje Caparde section, whose implementer is JP Roads of the Federation of BiH, and the funds are intended for expropriation, construction and supervision, it was announced from Office of the FBiH Government for Public Relations.
