The meeting will address matters concerning CLASS A EXCHANGEABLE SUBORDINATE VOTING SHARES and CLASS B MULTIPLE VOTING SHARES. Shareholders are to be informed digitally as the company has confirmed the implementation of Notice and Access (NAA) for both beneficial and registered holders.
