Libyan-Egyptian talks on cooperation in housing and infrastructure


A delegation from the Ministry of Housing and Construction of the Government of National Unity has discussed with Egyptian officials cooperation aspects in the field of housing and infrastructure.

During their official visit to Egypt yesterday, the Libyan delegation identifying areas of possible partnership, in addition to transferring Egyptian expertise in the fields of housing, infrastructure, and sanitation.

The focus has been on identifying aspects of cooperation between the two countries in a way that contributes to accelerating the pace of life restoration projects in Libya, according to the ministry.

The delegation visited several housing projects, sewage plants, and drinking water desalination plants.

The Ministry confirmed that this visit comes within the framework of efforts to enhance regional cooperation and improve basic services for the public, as it put it.
