As a result of Russia’s overnight attack, the Mykolaiv Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP) was damaged, leaving 46,000 subscribers without heating, prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said this on Telegram.
“Last night Russian terrorists targeted the critical infrastructure of Mykolaiv. Enemy UAVs damaged the city’s thermal power plant. This was done deliberately to leave people without heat in sub-zero temperatures and create a humanitarian catastrophe,” Shmyhal said, adding “currently, 46,000 subscribers remain without heat supply.”
