Opposition leader Matthew O’Toole has accused Infrastructure Minister John O’Dowd of “trivialisation” over concerns raised regarding the ongoing traffic chaos in Belfast city centre.

Central Belfast has been plagued by heavy traffic in recent weeks, with ongoing road works and the bedding-in period for the £340m Grand Central Station causing long backlogs on the city’s roads.
