A man in his 30s and a woman in her 60s, both from Bournemouth, were arrested at the end of last year as part of the investigation into the firm.
IPM, based in Branksome Business Park, is under investigation for fraud by the police after the company suddenly ceased trading, in September.
Dorset Police has said no further arrests have been made since the last update, but that the investigation is continuing.
The man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of fraud by abuse of position as well as carrying on the business of a company with the intent to defraud creditors or for another fraudulent purpose.
He has also been arrested on suspicion of entering into or being concerned in the acquisition, retention, use or control of criminal property and an offence of concealing, disguising, converting, transferring or removing criminal property.
Meanwhile, the woman has been arrested on suspicion of entering into or being concerned in the acquisition, retention, use or control of criminal property.
Officers raided the IPM office in Branksome in October, seizing a “large” quantity of material as well as items relating to the properties managed by IPM.
