Inside Swindon’s most expensive property on the market at the moment


Selbrook House, located in Nine Elms on the north west side of the town, is over 121 years old but is ‘fully equipped for modern-day living’.

The McFarlane-marketed property was once up for sale for £2.5 million, and in 2022 it had been reduced to £2.2 million

It is still for now now, and is currently on the market for a guide price of £1.95 million but this still makes it Swindon’s most expensive property for sale currently, according to Zoopla
