Simon Schofield took up his role with Vastint six years ago, which has seen him return to his home city of Leeds to lead the transformation of the former Tetley Brewery site into Aire Park.

When completed, the South Bank project will feature 1,400 homes, a new eight-acre park, and more than a million square feet of commercial space around the refurbished Tetley brewery site.
Developers Vastint recently revealed plans for the second and final phase of the 24-acre site.
With decades of experience delivering regeneration projects across the country, Simon’s role oversees all aspects of the new development.
