The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation has launched the inaugural edition of the LSDPC PropertyPlus Magazine.
The Managing Director of Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, Ayodeji Joseph, alongside the corporation’s management team, launched the magazine on July 1, 2024, in Lagos.
In a statement, the company said the Magazine was designed to cater to home buyers, property investors, and industry professionals in Lagos, offering a wealth of knowledge and insights into Lagos’s dynamic real estate market.
It stated, “The magazine features an exclusive interview with Hon. Tokunbo Wahab, the Commissioner for Environment, Lagos State. In this exclusive interview, Wahab shares his expertise on navigating real estate development in Lagos and underscores the importance of adhering to environmental laws to ensure sustainable growth.
“The magazine also showcases interviews with successful leaders in the real estate industry, offering readers valuable perspectives on achieving success in the property market.
“The magazine also provides practical advice for home buyers, investment strategies for property investors and updates on the latest trends and developments in Lagos real estate sector.”
Ayodeji added that the goal was to support and guide our readers in making informed decisions in the real estate market, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of Lagos
