‘We do have a person interested in it as a garage,’ Listing agent Shirley Wedell, a broker with Coldwell Banker, told Bangor Daily News.

Low inventory combined with high demand has pushed out locals, according to select board chair Kevin Johnson.
There are currently just seven properties for sale under $400,000 in the area and just three rental listings, starting from $1,250 per month.

So far, the garage has amassed more than 2,000 views on the Zillow website in just a week.
