Global specialty re/insurance broker, McGill and Partners, has expanded its global presence by hiring Duncan Milne and Cabot Lyman as Partners to its US Property Team.
Milne joins the firm as Partner, Head of US Property, bringing more than 16 years of expertise.
In his most recent role, he served as Greater New York Property Leader at global re/insurance broker Aon.
At the same time, Lyman joins McGill and Partners as Partner, US Property, bringing 10 years of experience from Aon, where she served as Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Aon Property Practice.

In March, a new fire safety reinsurance facility was established by McGill and Partners, which is set to help increase insurance market competition to cover properties affected by combustible cladding and other fire safety issues.
It is expected to run for three to five years while works are being carried out to make buildings more safe and resilient.
