Northern Ireland property: Inside £65,000 ‘completely transportable Tiny House’ for sale

This ‘Tiny House’ is currently up for sale with owners considering offers of around £65,000.

It’s currently located at Belfast Road, Dollingstown, and will have to be removed from it’s current setting and transported to it’s new home by whoever purchases it.

Current owners purchased this ‘Tiny House‘ in 2021 whilst doing renovations to their existing cottage and since run it as an AirBnB.

Accommodation features a front veranda with double glazed patio doors, leading to a compact open plan living, dining, kitchen area, with a ladder leading to a mezzanine with a feature loft bed, shower room and double bedroom.

Estate agents say the ‘Tiny House’ will “most likely will require planning approval when it arrives at it’s new base”.

Locale Home Sales & Lettings said: “Our clients have this cosy, quaint Tiny House in their garden and are looking to sell it independently of their own home and grounds.

“We think it would be perfect for someone who is currently building their forever home and needs somewhere to live comfortably on site whilst watching their new home being built, or perhaps someone who is thinking of starting an AirBnB from their own home…

“The specification is “second to none” and includes; maintenance free cedar cladding, fully fitted inside including plumbing and wiring and 10 inch insulated walls

“The Tiny House is completely transportable to it’s new address – the roof can be detached from the base and it travels in 2 parts.

“Anyone purchasing the Tiny House will need to remove it from it’s existing location and re-site it elsewhere. This has to be a CASH PURCHASE.”
