The Property Franchise Group has hailed the early success of two significant acquisitions as it looks forward with optimism for its potential for continued growth.
The Bournemouth-headquartered group is the UK’s largest multi-brand property franchisor, with nearly 2,000 branches operating under 18 brands including Belvoir, Fine & Country, Hunters, and Mr and Mrs Clarke. It now manages more than 150,000 rental properties.
Group revenue has more than doubled to £26.9m in a “transformational period”, with significant increases in franchising and financial services, along with the addition of a new licensing revenue stream.
Earlier this year it merged with Belvoir Group and bought GPEA, which owned The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country.
Group chief executive Gareth Samples said: “The first half of 2024 has been transformational for our group, building on our track record of growth and completing two significant acquisitions which has created a substantially larger group with an international presence.
“With an improving pipeline and at least one interest rate reduction behind us, the board is confident that trading remains at least in line with market expectations for the full year.”
The group said that the integration of Belvoir and GPEA into the broader Property Franchise group is progressing well with the restructuring of the senior leadership team largely completed and projects being initiated to drive synergies and develop revenue opportunities.
