Brad Dallet Elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers


National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that partner Brad Dallet was elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

ACREL is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers, where Fellows are admitted by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL Fellows are selected for “their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional, and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.” The College is dedicated to the promotion of professionalism, collegiality, respect, and friendship among its Fellows.

Based in Milwaukee, Dallet is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group. In addition to handling the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of properties, Dallet assists with joint ventures, complex ownership structures, 1031 exchanges, real estate investment sales and purchases, and real estate financing. His clients include national, regional, and local retailers, developers, corporations, investors, lenders, and individuals, and he has experience working with retail, industrial, office, medical, multifamily, and mixed-use spaces.
