National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that partner Brad Dallet was elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
ACREL is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers, where Fellows are admitted by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. Based in Milwaukee, Dallet is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group. In addition to handling the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of properties, Dallet assists with joint ventures, complex ownership structures, 1031 exchanges, real estate investment sales and purchases, and real estate financing. His clients include national, regional, and local retailers, developers, corporations, investors, lenders, and individuals, and he has experience working with retail, industrial, office, medical, multifamily, and mixed-use spaces.
