Investors are continuing to scratch their heads in wonder as to when to expect some sign of a turning point on the public markets

Several weeks ago, when I wrote on the disconnect between the performance of the office sector and wider public opinion, it was an assessment lacking data and based, overwhelmingly, on sentiment.

As we have now closed out the first quarter of 2024, we have the benefit of more evidence which supports continued stability, though not growth, in the sector, especially at the prime end of it.
