Diane qualified with a Masters in Real Estate in 2005 from Reading University, UK and worked in the London retail property market with DTZ and later as a Leasing Executive of Westfield London shopping centre.
She then joined the Investment Department in Savills, Dublin, and advised national and international funds on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in the Irish market including NAMA, Irish Life, IPUT and Marathon.
In 2015, Diane joined a Tralee based property company and has been responsible for both sales and valuations of residential and commercial property across the county of Kerry for both private individuals and institutions.
Diane is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (and Registered Valuer), the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and is a licenced property service provider with the PSRA.
Daire, brings over 22 years of experience to the property industry, having spent 18 enriching years at DNG WH Giles as a negotiator/valuer and in the latter years as a director in the company specializing in selling residential, commercial, development, and agricultural land in Kerry.
Prior to that, Daire acquired the knowledge of her industry by specialising in property rentals and management together with residential and commercial sales with Norths Real Estate Alliance in Tralee.
Her expertise extends to preparing comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and insight in every transaction. With a dedication to excellence and a commitment to client communication, satisfaction, she strives to navigate the complexities of the real estate market with precision and integrity.
