A house in Lansing that sold for $458,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Tompkins County in the past week.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $241,378. The average price per square foot ended up at $164.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Feb. 3 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $97K, manufactured home at 144 Creamery Road

A sale has been finalized for the manufactured home at 144 Creamery Road in Caroline. The price was $97,000 and the new owners took over the house in January. The house was built in 1973 and the living area totals 744 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $130. The deal was finalized on Jan. 17.

7. $132K, single-family home at 392 Locke Road

The property at 392 Locke Road in Groton has new owners. The price was $132,474. The house was built in 1965 and has a living area of 1,604 square feet. The price per square foot is $83. The deal was finalized on Jan. 18.

The sale of the single-family residence at 506 Seventy Six Road, Caroline, has been finalized. The price was $179,000, and the house changed hands in January. The property at 239 Hector Street in Ithaca has new owners. The price was $339,000. The house was built in 1929 and has a living area of 1,443 square feet. The price per square foot is $235. The deal was finalized on Jan. 17.

The property at 11 Bean Hill Lane in Lansing has new owners. The price was $458,000. The house was built in 1972 and has a living area of 2,119 square feet. The price per square foot is $216. The deal was finalized on Jan. 18.
