Árima Real Estate SOCIMI has entered into a lease agreement with Merck Sharp & Dohme de España, over its building “Botanic” located in the office area of A2-M30, Josefa Valcárcel 42 (Madrid), which has a gross leasable area of 9,902 sq.m and 223 parking spaces.
The transaction comprised the drafting and negotiation of the lease agreement over the building “Botanic” which will be fully occupied by Merck Sharp & Dohme de España, to serve as its new headquarters in Madrid.
Simultaneously, Árima Real Estate SOCIMI has also entered into a promissory sale and purchase agreement with Merck Sharp & Dohme de España, for the acquisition of the latter’s current headquarters in Madrid.
This building is also in the office area of A2-M30, Josefa Valcárcel 38 (Madrid) and it has an approximate gross leasable area of 11,600 sq.m. with 167 private parking spaces.
This deal included the legal due diligence process of the asset and the drafting and negotiation of the promissory sale and purchase agreement.
