April 10, 2026 (Sonoma, CA) — The formation of the Hansen Vineyard & Winery Real Estate Team marks the launch of a specialized advisory group focused exclusively on vineyard, winery, and wine business real estate throughout California’s leading wine regions.

Founded by Mike Hansen, an Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty and a specialist in vineyard and winery transactions, the team is built on a foundation of deep industry expertise, transactional experience, and strategic advisory. Hansen has advised on high-value acquisitions and portfolio strategies for both private clients and investment groups, with a focus on aligning real estate decisions with long-term business objectives.

Joining the team is Harry Hansen, a veteran winemaker and winery executive with more than four decades of experience across Sonoma, Napa, and the Central Coast. Over the course of his career, Harry has held leadership and winemaking roles with respected brands including Sterling Vineyards, Edna Valley Vineyards, and Gloria Ferrer. His background brings a critical operational perspective to the evaluation of vineyard and winery assets, from site selection and vineyard development to production infrastructure and brand positioning.
