New residential real estate firm to open in Sumter

A new residential real estate brokerage is set to open in Sumter.

Slate Realty will open July 1 at 1236-A Wilson Hall Road, and is inviting the public to attend a grand-opening ceremony and to visit its office.

Slate Realty’s office is equipped with the latest technology and resources to assist clients in finding their dream homes or selling their properties at the best possible prices, a news release stated. Investors have a new firm to enhance their portfolios.

“With a team of experienced and dedicated professionals, we aim to offer personalized solutions for all real estate needs. Our mission is to make the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients by preparing, educating, and guiding our clients,” said Elisha Clark, broker-in-charge, Slate Realty, in th erelease “We aim to serve our community, armed forces, heroes, and families fearlessly and diligently. We were intentional about bringing Slate Realty to Sumter, and we look forward to becoming an integral part of this vibrant community.”
