A house in Ithaca that sold for $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Tompkins County in the past week.

In total, nine residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $410,500, or $236 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of June 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

9. $85K, manufactured home at 380 State Route 38

A sale has been finalized for the manufactured home at 380 State Route 38 in Dryden. The price was $85,000 and the new owners took over the house in May. The house was built in 2011 and the living area totals 1,080 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $79. The deal was finalized on May 15.

8. $190K, single-family house at 1742 W. Danby Road

The property at 1742 W. Danby Road in Newfield has new owners. The price was $190,000. The house was built in 1900 and has a living area of 1,098 square feet. The price per square foot is $173. The deal was finalized on May 10.
