Wilmslow-based Re:volve Real Estate has hired Senior Operations Director, Melanie Jones, from Nikal Group, alongside an Apprentice Property Management Surveyor.
It comes as it marks the end of its first year in business after achieveing a £1.4m turnover, surpassing its target of £550,000.
Harry Hehir has joined as an Apprentice Property Management Surveyor. Coming from Courts Developments, Harry is currently pursuing a real estate degree, part-time. Based at the Wilmslow head office, he will be working closely with the property management team lead by Anna and Melanie.

The Citation Group has appointed Alex Lazare to the newly created position of Transformation Director to support its ambitious growth plans.
Working closely with the group’s senior leadership team, Alex will be leading several large scale initiatives across the group’s international operations. He will head up projects that will open new channels and products, while implementing operational excellence across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Alex joined The Citation Group, which has its UK head office in Wilmslow, in June from private equity firm Montagu. He brings a wealth of experience in strategy, transformation and value creation, having worked for prestigious brands, such as Selfridges and Facebook, as a Strategy Consultant.

Gresham Wealth Management, the Hale-based Chartered Financial Planning firm, has appointed experienced paraplanner David Kershaw as a technical analyst.
David has spent more than 25 years in the financial services industry and joins the Chartered Financial Planners from Cullen Wealth after starting his career at Royal London.

Browne Jacobson has strengthened its government and infrastructure team with the appointment of a partner specialising in public procurement law.
Bradley Martin joins the UK and Ireland law firm from Addleshaw Goddard, where he was Legal Director.
Consistently recognised as a ‘rising star’ by the Legal 500 directory, Bradley bolsters Browne Jacobson’s growing Manchester team, while he will work with clients across the UK.

Independent accounting and business advisory firm Hurst has bolstered its corporate finance practice amid a buoyant deals market.
Luc Couyava has joined as a corporate finance executive and is providing advice and support to clients across a range of sectors and transactions.
He has moved back to the North West from HMT, an independent corporate advisory practice based in Henley and London, where he led transactions including advising private equity investors, corporate and trade buyers on numerous acquisitions. Before joining HMT, Luc worked at MHA Moore and Smalley in Preston and then at South West practice Hazlewoods.

Sandbach-based integrated marketing agency, Swift Cheshire, has announced three new additions to its team following a period of increased demand for its services.
Completing the now 11-strong team, Conner Davies joins as graphic designer and photographer, Matt King takes the role of social media manager and Paul Roscoe joins as head of sales.
Graduating in 2020 with a Masters degree in marketing with luxury brands, Conner joins from Chester-based luxury jeweller, Lucy Quartermaine, where he used his specialisms in graphic design and photography in his role as head of marketing, to deliver diverse marketing initiatives to boost the brand’s awareness.
Meanwhile, Matt King joins fresh from an 18-month stint at iconic Manchester fashion brand The Couture Club, bringing a diverse set of experience elevating start ups and global brands through the power of social media.
