Real estate mogul raped me in the Versace Mansion… I’ll never forget the three words he uttered afterwards

A Miami woman has come forward with harrowing allegations against embattled real estate mogul Oren Alexander, claiming he raped her inside the famed Versace Mansion in 2014 – and that he left her with a chilling three word remark after the attack.

Maria Suska, who had remained silent for nearly a decade, has recounted the night she was allegedly raped – as the Alexander brothers, who were once the faces of Miami’s ultra-luxury real estate scene, face multiple sexual misconduct and trafficking charges, to which they have pled not guilty.

Suska recounted the horrifying moment she claims Oren Alexander attacked her inside a darkened watchtower of the mansion, where she said she had been invited to after a dinner with the broker and his circle.

In an exclusive interview with Good Morning America, she claimed Alexander forcibly stripped her top off, ignored her pleas for him to stop, and raped her – claims that Alexander’s legal team have strongly denied.

She said Alexander, whom she described as a ‘six-foot guy, very heavy set, very strong,’ would get more violent the more she begged him to stop.

‘First, I told him to calm down. Calm down,’ she said. ‘He didn’t.’

‘He started to strip my top off. I said, stop. And I started angrily, yelling louder. The more I said, stop, the more he got violent with me.’

When it was over, she said he simply smirked and uttered these haunting words: ‘Oh, that was good.’

‘He got himself together,’ she recalled. Then ‘he got up and he left.’

Miami Beach Police documented that Suska did not report having sustained any injuries during the incident.

Oren Alexander’s attorneys have adamantly denied her allegations.

Attorney Jenny Wilson pointed to what her team claim are inconsistencies in her story.

‘She would have had to pick her phone up from security. She would have had to walk outside onto Ocean Drive, where there are roving police officers, and these allegations were not reported to them,’ Alexander’s legal team said in a statement.

‘Our system is built on testing allegations, and we fully intend to test these in a court of law.’

Suska is not among the 60 women accusing the Alexander brothers in ongoing civil lawsuits, nor is she part of the federal alleged sex trafficking case that has landed Oren, his twin Tal, and their older brother Alon in jail awaiting trial. All of the men deny the allegations of the civil claims and have pled not guilty.

It is now past the statue of limitation since 2014 – the year when she was allegedly attacked.

But when she saw news of their arrests, she said she was shocked and wanted to share her story as she thought she was the ‘only one.’

‘I was shocked at first, because I said, ‘I remember him. This is the guy. This is my attacker.’ So this time I thought I’m the only one that this happened to,’ she said.

According to a Miami Beach police report filed in December 2023 and obtained by ABC News, Suska claims she met Oren Alexander through Facebook in early 2014.

He friended her on Facebook and messaged her casually before asking her to come to a dinner at a high-end Miami restaurant, screenshots of the conversation reveal.

At the restaurant, she found herself seated among a group of about ten people.

‘The vibe was very awkward,’ she recalled. ‘The people were not talking to each other.’

She said the other woman seemed to not know each other.

After dinner, Suska said Alexander invited her to a party at the Versace Mansion –  an exclusive venue in Miami Beach.

When they arrived, the place was closed to the the public and only open for their private party. Security confiscated their cell phones.

Suska claimed Oren later offered to show her the view upstairs in the mansion’s Watchtower.

‘It was very, very dark. It’s only like a couple of windows, no furniture. And that’s when he attacks me,’ she said.

That’s the moment he allegedly raped her. Suska said she tried to resist, telling Alexander to ‘calm down’ but he ignored her pleas.

While she did not report the alleged assault at the time, Suska said she sought therapy just weeks after the attack and reportedly received treatment for post-sexual assault trauma.

The reason Suska says she is speaking out now, is not for money but because she said she can’t stay silent any longer.

‘I just want my voice heard,’ she said. ‘Not for money.’

The Alexander brothers, who built a multi-billion-dollar real estate empire through their firm, The Alexander Team, were arrested last year on federal charges of conspiracy and forced sex trafficking involving multiple women.

They have pleaded not guilty and remain in custody awaiting trial.
