Real estate trading volume exceeds QR404m in last week


Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from February 16 to 20  reached QR355,232,109, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QR49,716,937. 

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings and residential units.   

The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Dhaayen, Al Shamal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, and in the areas of the Pearl, Lusail 69, Ghar Tha’alib, Al Kharaej, Legtaifiya and Umm Ebairiya. 

The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from February 9 to13, was over QR278, 673,132m.
