A house in Seneca Falls that sold for $760,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Seneca County between Oct. 12 and Oct. 25.
In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $397,857. The average price per square foot ended up at $256.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 12 to the week of Oct. 25 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
