May 28 (SeeNews) – Serbia’s Delta Real Estate said on Tuesday it plans to launch an offer to buy all the shares it does not already own in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s peer Standard Nekretnine [SAJ:SNKSR].
Delta Real Estate currently owns 806,148 shares, representing a 95.03% stake, in Standard Nekretnine, so its buyout offer will target the remaining 42,126 shares in the Bosnian company, it said in a filing with the Sarajevo bourse.

Standard Nekretnine’s share capital amounts to 18.2 million marka ($10.1 million/9.3 million euro), divided into 848,274 shares of 21.4 marka in par value each.
In April, Standard Nekretnine said it has raised its capital by 10 million marka by issuing new shares in a private placement, without revealing the name of the buyer.
Standard Nekretnine’s shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on March 20, when they closed 14.29% higher at 2.40 marka.
