The Melbourne businessman son of a UK billionaire has offloaded his Toorak penthouse for an eight-figure sum.

He is also the son of Eddie Healey, who made his fortune founding and selling Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield, England.

Mr Healey’s wife, Kelly Healey, is a naturopath and author of the cookbook Eat For Life.

Industry sources revealed the pair sold their three-bedroom penthouse at 86 Mathoura Rd at the end of June.

A sale price has not been disclosed, but the home had an asking price of $12m-$13m.

The kitchen is fitted with Gaggenau appliances including a steamer and coffee maker.

Architect Rob Mills, SJB Interiors and Paul Bangay collaborated to design the interior and exterior of the penthouse, which includes Venetian plaster ceilings and walls, a marble and brass edged bar and a spa on its expansive balcony.

The Healeys are no stranger to top-end Melbourne real estate, selling a five-bedroom mansion in Red Hill South in March, 2022, for more than $25m.

They also offloaded a Lansell Rd manor in 2021 for $43.1m to Chemist Warehouse owner Sam Gance and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Janet Roach.

The pergola covered terrace has a heated spa.

The double-storey penthouse spans 700sq m and has multiple living zones as well as a private rooftop balcony with 360-degree views.

A servery window connects the terrace to the kitchen, which is fitted with Gaggenau appliances, integrated Liebherr fridge and freezer, a wine fridge and walk in pantry.

Marshall White Stonnington director and listing agent Marcus Chiminello have been contracted for comment.
