Property Services Officer

Salary: £39,072 to £42,903
Contract: Permanent
Role: To assist the Property Services team in delivering the planned maintenance programme alongside reactive/void property repairs, cyclical works and medical adaptations to help deliver an excellent customer-focused service.

Graduate Apprentice –- Property Services
Full time: 35 hours/week
Salary: £24,764 to £28,004
Contract: Fixed Term (4 Years)
This is a new post which will provide an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience of working for a progressive housing association while at the same time obtain a university qualification. Applicants are required to have previous experience of providing administrative support from within a working environment.
