Olivia Williams has been selected to lead the modern auctions company YourBid, which is a newly established venture by the South Wales-based Paul Fosh Auctions.
Ms Williams, an experienced property negotiator, is set to play a key role in the company’s expansion plans.
She previously worked as a senior sales negotiator at a Gloucester Docks real estate agency and before that in a key role with a lettings business.
Ms Williams said: “Having grown up in a family involved in the industry, I have a strong passion for property that motivates me to deliver excellent service and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
“My journey in property began at 16 with an apprenticeship at a letting agents, laying the foundation for a career I’m truly passionate about.
“I’m really excited to be taking up this role with YourBid because the modern method of auction sales is a growing part of the property market, offering real benefits in terms of flexibility and transparency.
