RWinvest & Partners Win 11 Intl Property Awards

We are delighted to announce that RWinvest came away with four awards, earning recognition in both national and city-specific categories. Each of our offices received an accolade, picking up Best Estate Agency 2-4 Offices for Merseyside, Best Estate Agency Single Office for Manchester, and Best Property Agency Consultancy was handed to our London branch.

We were also crowned the Best Estate Agency in the 2-4 Offices category in the whole of the UK!

But RWinvest wasn’t the only one who cleaned up at The International Property Awards. Our partners Legacie and Nexus also came out with arms full of awards from both the UK and Merseyside categories.

For example, Legacie’s flagship Liverpool development, The Gateway, was named the Best Residential High-Rise Development in Merseyside and nationwide. Another of our partners, Nexus, received accolades for Element the Quarter in the Best Mixed-Use Development category for both Merseyside and the UK.

This recognition is thoroughly deserved for both Legacie and Nexus, and we are proud to have been the main selling agent for these exciting and innovative developments.

Here’s the full list of awards taken home that night by RWinvest and our longtime partners, Nexus and Legacie:
