Estate agency consultant and soon to be eXp agent Simon Bradbury, formerly of Thomas Morris, has more than 40 years of experience and has shared 10 specific lessons he has learnt in the latest Property-Porn Stars episode.
The interview was hosted by property pundits David Lindley and Matt Giggs (who Simon actually competed against as an estate agent in St.Neots, Cambridgeshire!) and most certainly does not include the usual predictable list of tips you might expect.
“In true Simon Bradbury style, it was never going to be a ‘normal’ podcast,” said Lindley.
In the interview, Bradbury’s 10 lessons include an explanation as to why agency experience is massively overrated, how you can always get three drops out of an empty bottle of wine, why that is important to an estate agent, why you should love your suppliers (even Rightmove!), and why it is critical to understand the ‘rules of the game’.
