Vagabond Tori Spelling is on the move again, but not before trashing her latest $15,000-a-month rental home on the way out.
Neighbors were outraged by the mess the Beverly Hills 90210 alum left in her wake, after she moved out the contemporary 3,000 square-foot, two-story, five-bedroom, three-bath home with pool and spa that she had rented for seven months in the upscale Woodland Hills suburb of Los Angeles.
The remodeled rental home came fully furnished when Spelling and her five children, Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, seven, took residence in the beginning of the year.
But today, exclusive DailyMail.com photos show piles of discarded furniture, cushions, other household items from the property strewn across the otherwise well-kept residential street.
Some of the furnishings, such as a taupe sectional sofa that had been pictured in real estate images of the property can now be seen ripped and soiled out on the street ready for pick up by waste management.
There also pet carriers, a random DVD video, kids toys, and more.
And the scenes inside the home are not much better, according to neighborhood sources.
‘Let’s just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back,’ one neighbor told DailyMail.com.
‘The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home. There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what.
‘It’s completely trashed. Just look at the big dumpster they had to bring in. It’s been filled up several times since she moved out on June 1.’
Tori, 51, has a menagerie of pets which her ex-husband Dean McDermott blamed for putting a strain on their almost two-decade-long marriage, even causing them to sleep in separate bedrooms, in an interview with DailyMail.com last year.
‘[They were] sleeping in the bedroom and on the bed. There was the pig. There’s a chicken that was living in the bathroom and multiple dogs. And we all know dogs have accidents and our particular dogs were having a lot,’ McDermott said at the time.
‘And I just couldn’t deal with that anymore.’

As reported by DailyMail.com in February, Tori moved into the Woodland Hills rental with a required $7,500 deposit.
‘I’d be shocked if that covered all the damages,’ Tori’s former neighbor said. ‘It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to they way it was before she moved in.’
The latest listing on this home says it’s now available for $16,950 a month, an increase of almost $2,000.
Tori was reportedly frantic to get out of her previous $18,000 a month rental home in Tarzana after a SWAT team descended on her neighbor’s home when someone at the location was seen brandishing a firearm last October.
She has routinely packed up her brood and moved on various whims over the years.
It can be a simple tweet like ‘ants in the pantry’ or more recently a mold issue that sends her leaving the rental homes.
Tori has arranged photo ops making it seem as if she has had to live in a RV, or a fleabag hotel.
But the truth is that she really just doesn’t like staying in one place for very long.
In her 2013 memoir, Spelling It Like It Is, she admits as much.
‘But as it persists, [constant moving] is starting to look compulsive. Moving is expensive, and I’ve put us in a precarious situation,’ she wrote.
It used to be Dean who had to deal with the constant packing and unpacking of these moves.
Last October, DailyMail.com was the first to reveal that the 57-year-old Canadian actor had moved on with new girlfriend, account manager Lily Calo, 34.
Our exclusive photos showed the couple at the welfare office in Los Angeles where Dean was signing up for benefits.
While Tori continues to uproot her kids every six to seven months, Dean is living his best life with his new love.
Calo posted a photo on her Instagram account of the two enjoying a romantic poolside getaway in Palm Springs, California.
It was recently revealed that both Tori and Dean owe around $400,000 to City National Bank for a loan they took out in 2012.
The McDermott’s amassed a trail of creditors over the course of their marriage, including the IRS ($707,487), California State Taxes ($282,655), and American Express ($88,000 and $37,000).
She has routinely dodged paying her bills, with her mother Candy Spelling, 78, stepping in to pay what she told TMZ in 2016 were her daughter’s ‘necessities.’
Tori and her younger brother Randy, 45, were each left around $800,000 when their TV producer father Aaron Spelling passed away from complications of a stroke in 2006 at the age of 83.
Candy Spelling remains in control of her husband’s fortune worth an estimated $600million.
