Whitegates Huddersfield wins accolade from property auction website iamsold

One of Huddersfield’s leading estate agencies has won another industry accolade.

Whitegates Huddersfield has received the award from long-standing auction partner, iamsold, for exemplary performance of sales in the property sector.

The award is for Modern Method of Auction – Highest Auction Penetration Rate.

A spokesman for iamsold said: “At the core of Whitegates’ success is a dedication to providing value and security to our clients.

“By offering a diverse range of options and expert guidance, they ensure that every transaction is tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.

“With a brilliant proven track record of sales consistently transacting quicker than those on the open market, their team’s expertise and commitment to excellence have once again positioned Whitegates Huddersfield as the agent of choice in the local area.

“This award reinforces the trust clients place in them and is a testament to the collaborative success achieved through a long-standing partnership with iamsold.”

Huddersfield entrepreneur Chan Khangura, who owns and runs Whitegates Huddersfield, Holmfirth and Brighouse with his father Kashmir Khangura, said: “This is another great accolade from a company we have worked closely with for many years.

“Whether it’s sales or lettings, my staff and I always go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.”

Whitegates is Huddersfield’s largest lettings agency and has won the national Lettings Office of the Year in the Property Franchise Group awards for eight successive years.

In 2023 Whitegates Huddersfield, Holmfirth and Brighouse purchased three other lettings businesses – CMK, Let Two and McField Residential Lettings – and expanded its offices at the Cherry Tree Centre in Huddersfield.
