Zurich’s D’Urso to join RSA Risk Managed Property team


Global insurance provider RSA Insurance has appointed Caroline D’Urso as Senior Underwriter in its Risk Managed Property team, part of its UK Specialty Lines business.

rsa-insurance-logo-newThe executive, who has over a decade of industry experience, will be based in London, starting her role on August 27.

D’Urso will be responsible for underwriting large complex global property risks, strengthening broker relationships and developing junior members of the team.

Prior to joining RSA she was part of Zurich’s Global Corporate team, where she has worked since 2011 when she started as a Catastrophe and Accumulations technician, before becoming an Assistant Underwriter.

She is currently a Property Underwriter, a role she has held since December 2017.

Commenting on D’Urso’s appointment Tony Collman, Property Director, UK Specialty Lines said: “I’m delighted to welcome Caroline to the team, our specialty line business and RSA. She is an exceptional talent, with great technical expertise and knowledge.

“She’ll be a fantastic addition to the team, be valued by brokers and customers and will play a key role as we grow our business in this area.”
