Five Finger Death Punch Score Their First Multi-Platinum Single In The United States

Five Finger Death Punch racked their first multi-platinum single certification in the United States this week. The band’s 2020 single “A Little Bit Off“, has newly met the criteria for 2x platinum status in the United States, with the RIAA handing down the honor on May 06th. That song was the third single to make it out from the band’s 2020 album “F8“. That track previously hit platinum status back in June of 2023.

The decorated alternative metal outfit have notched up a ton of certifications throughout their career, with four platinum albums, three gold albums, four platinum singles and one gold single in the U.S. alone. They’re gearing up to add another entry to their catalog soon, with a brand new single, “Eye Of The Storm“, set to debut this month, with their tenth studio album expected to follow.

*A platinum album/single in the United States represents 1,000,000 units, while gold signifies 500,000 units. Outside of traditional physical/digital sales, the certifications factor in digital streams/downloads with 10 permanent track downloads counting as 1 unit and 1500 on-demand audio/video streams from a particular album also counting as as a unit. 150 streams of a song also equate to a track-equivalent unit.
