FRED Channels Roland-Garros Spirit In New Force 10 Collection

This May brings a new drop in the ongoing collaboration between jewellery house Maison FRED and the Grand Slam tournament Roland-Garros. The latest release sees six new pieces added to the Force 10 collection, designed to translate the energy of the Paris clay courts into jewellery you can wear every day.

The focus is the Force 10 line itself, a design that has built its reputation over 60 years on a simple idea: resilience and pushing limits. The cable-and-buckle bracelet remains the signature, but this season it’s expanded into new formats, including necklaces and smaller-scale pieces, all designed to work across different styles and occasions without losing the collection’s sporty foundation.

For this launch, the design language comes directly from Roland-Garros. The clay court palette shows up in the details: ochre tones, tennis-ball yellow and crisp court white. Yellow-gold buckles are set with gradients of Mandarin garnets, yellow sapphires and white diamonds, creating a layered, textured finish rather than a single uniform look.

The pieces are finished with small but deliberate details that include engraved plaques bearing the Roland-Garros emblem and fine gemstone accents on delicate chains.

Alongside the more refined pieces, there are also genderless limited-edition designs with flexibility and mix-and-match styling in mind. One medium yellow-gold buckle features orange sapphires, with the Roland-Garros logo engraved on one side and a Mandarin garnet on the other. It pairs with a new braided cable in yellow, terracotta and red.

Another version introduces a larger cable in Roland-Garros blue, combined with terracotta, offered with either yellow or white gold finishes. All of these elements are interchangeable with existing Force 10 components, allowing different combinations depending on personal style.

At its core, the collection leans into a shared mindset between Fred Samuel, founder of Maison FRED, and Roland-Garros: competitive drive, courage and a willingness to take risks.
