North West Shares Look at Her Dazzling 14K White Gold Grills

North West’s smile is extra bright and she wants y’all to see it.

The 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West flashed her newest set of grills in a series of TikToks posted on April 14. Rocking studded accessories and a skull t-shirt, North shows off a full set of solid gold dental jewelry covering her top and bottom teeth.

The grills were made by Gabby Elan Jewelry, which confirmed to People that the hardware features 20 caps made of 14K white gold.

The jeweler made three sets of grills with different colorways for North—including the white gold, a teal blue, and a candy apple red—and shared videos of each one to Instagram. North also posted clips with the red teeth.

North has experimented with lots of different grills, donning an all-black set in some TikTok videos from January.

Of course, North is no stranger to showcasing her unique sense of style, incorporating influences from scene and emo cultures. She is known for her daring looks, from spiked and pierced nail sets to bleached brows.

North even rapped about her style decisions, namely her finger piercings, in a collaboration with her dad titled “Piercing on My Hand.” She performed the song with Kanye during his concert on April 1.

“Piercing on my hand, the other for them bands,” she raps. “No friendship if you do not understand. Shopping in Japan that’s where I always am. Went to school for two days then I got banned.”

The budding rapper recently showed off her festival style at Coachella, rocking a long neon wig and oversized black tee while watching Justin Bieber’s headlining set. Her mom and Kim’s new flame Lewis Hamilton were snapped trailing closely behind.

As for whether Kim gives North fashion advice, the 45-year-old told Call Her Daddy in October 2025, “She does listen to me, but in other areas, I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is.’ It makes her so happy. I would never take that creative away from her.”
