Bussel Realty leases industrial property in Linden

Bussel Realty Corp. an industrial and retail real estate services firm, said June 1 that it has leased all of 37 E. 21st St. in Linden, a 3,800-square-foot industrial property, to Eagle Truck Parts of New Jersey.

Eagle Truck Parts specializes in the sale and distribution of truck parts and related equipment serving the commercial transportation and trucking industries throughout the region.

Steve Jaynes and N. Rebecca Abraham, both industrial specialists at BRC, represented the owner, All Hands Storage LLC, in the transaction. The tenant, Eagle Truck Parts of New Jersey, was represented by Opus Elite Real Estate. All Hands Storage is focused on the acquisition, management, and leasing of industrial and storage-related real estate assets.

“Industrial properties in infill locations such as Linden continue to experience strong demand from companies seeking functional space with excellent highway accessibility and proximity to the Ports of Newark and Elizabeth and the New York metropolitan market,” said Jaynes.

“This transaction demonstrates the ongoing strength of the Northern New Jersey industrial market, particularly for smaller-bay warehouse and service facilities that are increasingly difficult to find.”

Located in one of Northern New Jersey’s premier industrial corridors, 37 E. 21st St. offers regional connectivity with immediate access to the New Jersey Turnpike, routes 1 & 9, and Interstate 278 via the Goethals Bridge, providing access to Staten Island and Brooklyn. The property features 14-foot ceiling heights, one loading dock, one drive-in door, and five surface parking spaces.
